Q. Do I have to be a member to use the website?

You can browse our products online without having to register, but if you wish to purchase online and see our wholesale prices, we ask you to to complete the registration process.

Q. Are the products on the website the same as those in your paper catalogue?

Everything that is in our paper catalogue is available on the website. However, at times we have special offers on the website which are not available in our paper catalogue, with end of line items, sale goods and new products.

Q. What is the delivery time?

Orders are usually delivered within 2 working days of the receipt of order. For more info see Delivery Page

Q. What happens if I don't like the items that I receive?

If you are disappointed with any of the items in your order, or if they are not as you expected, you can return them within 7 days for a full refund. In the case of defective items, please notify our returns department.

Q. I registered on your website a while ago, but now I can't remember my password. Help!

Don't worry - simply go to the login page and click the Forgotten Your Password? link. All you have to do is type in your details and you will be immediately emailed with instructions of how to reset your password.

Q. I was half way through placing a large order on your website, when I lost my connection. Do I have to start all over again?

Incomplete baskets will be saved and able to be accessed when you next visit the website. This does depend on your computer set up though and whether you have cookies enabled.

Q. I've heard a lot in the news about security issues, and my friends have told me not to give out my card details online. How secure is my data?

Q. How do I track my order once it's been placed?

If you login to your account, the status of your order will be displayed within your order History

Q. Can I add to my order after I have sent it?

If you order has not yet gone to our warehouse, you may be able to add to it. Please  phone our Sales Team on 0844 557 5260 to check.
