Delivery Information and Rates

Please see below rates and delivery times-

UK Mainland-

We aim to deliver within 2 working days, with free delivery on orders over £150 exc VAT. A £4.99 delivery charge is applicable on orders below this value.

We also offer the following premium services, however orders must be placed before noon by phone:

Next Day before 12 - £15.99

Next Day before 10 - £28.99

Saturday - £10.99

UK Offshore-

Deliveries will be made within 3-4 working days. A £4.99 delivery charge is applicable on all orders.

Export Delivery-

Unless informed otherwise we will find the most cost effective method of transport. We can also deliver to a UK freight forwarder (rates as above). If your order is bring delivered to a UK address that is not your freight forwarder we are required by Customs to have confirmation your order is for export use only.

The following rates are based on average weights and carton size and are intended as a guide only. We will always inform you of extra shipping costs should your order exceed these estimates.

Zone 1 – Republic of Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland

Orders under £400/€480 – Shipping charge £25/€30

Orders over £400/€480 – Free Shipping

Average transit time 2-4 working days

Please note that a £20 customs charge will apply to all orders shipped to Switzerland.

Zone 2- Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia

Orders under £750/€900 – Shipping charge £38/€45.60

Orders over £750/€900 – Shipping charge of 6% of the instock order value with a minimum charge of £38/€45.60

Average transit time 3-5 working days

Zone 3- Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Turkey

Orders under £750/€900 – Shipping charge £60/€72

Orders over £750/€900 – Shipping charge of 6% of the instock order value with a minimum charge of £60/€72

Average transit time 4-6 working days

Please note that a £25 customs charge will apply to all orders shipped to Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro, Turkey, and Serbia

Any countries not listed above will have transport billed at 18% of the in stock order value or a flat charge of £85 whichever is the greater. This will then be adjusted at the point of despatch to the correct transport cost.

These costs are door to door prices and include customs clearance where applicable. Note there may be extra costs incurred dependent on the country or region. The Euro shipping charge is a guideline and will be influenced by exchange rates.
