Whirling Wheel Whistle

The Whirling Wheel Whistle works much like a classic Acme Thunderer pea whistle, but features a pleasing, retro-style plastic vehicle with transparent hollow chambers connecting to the whistle spout. Within the chambers are bright red beads, which roll around as the whistle is blown to give the impression that the 'wheels' are spinning. There are three assorted designs all with a charismatic, 30s Americana feel, supported by the vintage cartoon-theme packaging.
